Join the authors of the new book Inside Jewish Day Schools for a conversation about their research on leadership, learning, and community in Jewish day schools. Over the course of nine case studies, the book captures the contemporary day school in action and explores the successes and challenges facing schools today and how schools are rising to meet the moment. In this interactive webinar, Pomson and Wertheimer will present their research and discuss themes that are relevant to both professional and lay school leaders.

Alex is Principal and Managing Director at Rosov Consulting. He has conducted numerous studies across the world of Jewish day school education. He is coauthor of Inside Jewish Day Schools: Leadership, Learning and Community and before that of Jewish Family: Identity and Self-Formation at Home.

Jack is professor of American Jewish History at the Jewish Theological Seminary. He writes about religious, educational and communal developments since 1945. Prior to co-authoring a book on Jewish day schools, he wrote The New American Judaism: How Jews Practice Their Religion Today.
