Consumers receive over 5000 messages a day. Some of these consumers are parents that you are trying to reach to recruit their families to your school. Given the sheer amount of noise, as well as everyday stressors that overtake the attention of parents everywhere, your annual recruitment marketing plan must be compelling, unique, and integrated.
Day one of this two-part series will address how to develop a core set of messages that position your school as a leader in general and Judaic academics, an environment steeped in Jewish values, and a joyful, warm community that will outlast the students’ time at the school.
Day two will feature how to put these messages into practice and address questions like: What do your marketing strategy, plan, and calendar look like (yes, these are three separate things)? How do your website, social media, print and digital ads, printed collateral, unique content, and peer relationships all work in concert? How do you measure your impact to fuel data-informed decision-making?
