Rabbi Danny Baigel has a BA in history from University College London, an MA in Jewish education from the London School of Jewish Studies and studied at Yeshivat Har Etzion. He has been a qualified teacher since 2006, an assistant head for Jewish life and learning at Immanuel College, and recipient of the National Teachers Award for Excellence in Jewish Studies. Currently, he works at LSJS, tasked with managing the secondary school teacher training program and supporting recruitment, retention and pathways for Jewish studies educators.
