Jonathan is a school psychologist at New York University’s Stern School of Business. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. His research examines the intuitive foundations of morality, and how morality varies across cultural and political divisions. He is the author The Happiness Hypothesis and New York Times bestseller The Righteous Mind and The Coddling of the American Mind (with Freed Lukianoff). Haidt has given four TED talks and was inducted into the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2019.
