The DEEP Consortium, a collaborative of independent organizations committed to providing high-quality professional development for educators in Jewish day schools, is convening a Roundtable discussion with those responsible for organizing professional development in their schools to discuss and explore creative ideas in scheduling, leveraging staff resources, and setting learning expectations. The DEEP Consortium is supported through a partnership of the Jewish Education Innovation Challenge (JEIC) and UnitEd.

Allison Cook is the founder and co-director of Pedagogy of Partnership, Powered by Hadar. Her work harnesses the power of havruta to cultivate habits of wonder, empathy and responsibility in learning and communal life. A long-time educator, teacher-educator, researcher and writer, Allison has created tools and frameworks to improve teaching and learning, instructional leadership and meaningful collaborative work. Allison is also Pedagogy of Partnership’s representative to the DEEP Consortium.
