Rising Leaders Cohort for Orthodox Female Educational Leaders

Registration is now closed for Prizmah’s first professional learning cohort of Orthodox women who are rising leaders in Jewish day school and yeshiva education. Together, this group of exceptional women will learn from experts, develop and consider cutting edge educational approaches, and support one another. In addition to their personal learning, the cohort members’ work will inform the Jewish educational field about how we can support, inspire, and maintain strong, enduring female Orthodox leadership in Jewish day schools and yeshivas.

The Plan

This five month pilot program includes two virtual meetings per month February through June 2022. Sessions will be scheduled based on the availability of the participants.

Registration Fee: $180 per person

Thanks to the generous sponsorship of Micah Philanthropies, the registration fees for this pilot program are subsidized. We do not want finances to prevent anyone’s participation. As such, please don’t hesitate to contact Rachel Dratch at racheld@prizmah.org if cost is a deterrent.

Who should apply?

  • Are you an Orthodox woman who has been working in Jewish day schools or yeshivas for at least 5 years?
  • Do you currently hold a leadership role in your school?
  • If you could, would you hope to stay in Jewish education and become an active educational leader over the next 10 years?
  • Can you commit to two virtual meetings per month from February through June (depending on the time, of course?)
