Coaching: Leaders at All Levels

Weekly, hour-long coaching sessions over the course of ten months for heads of school, board chairs, senior leadership teams, or administrators looking to problem solve and build leadership capacity at the day-to-day level and through a “big picture” lens.

Head of School Excellence Project (HOSPEP)

HoSPEP offers new Heads of School the opportunity to engage in weekly one-on-one intensive coaching from successful, experienced heads of school and benefit from being part of a network of like-minded school leaders.

Immunity to Change Workshop

A workshop and follow-up consultation for schools who want to see progress in any change effort. This workshop will help leaders think about change management, resistance to change, and what parts of the institution are standing in the way of that change.

Schechter Residency in Education Leadership (SREL)

A three-year fellowship program designed to create a career path to day school professional leadership for recently ordained rabbis from the Conservative movement’s rabbinical schools. Participants discover how to bridge the gap between academic preparation and becoming a school leader. SREL fellows receive guided and structured practical experience that will enable them to envision and actualize their most successful leadership trajectory.

YOU Lead

A year-long leadership development program that provides current and aspiring school leaders with online and in person learning platform for reflecting on their practices and beliefs, challenging their assumptions about Jewish education, and diving into the most pressing topics they will face in leadership with peers, mentors, and top innovators from the field.
