Ten Month Cohort for Admission Professionals

September 2024 - June 2025

Pillars, Prizmah’s signature admission professional program, is a cohort-based leadership development experience for both seasoned and new admission professionals who aspire to deepen skills and leadership capacity both in their current and future roles. Over the past few years, admission professionals have had to strategically navigate new challenges in enrollment, customer expectations, and retention, all while expertly articulating their school’s unique value proposition.

Program Overview

Throughout ten months of online cohort modules with both field experts and peer-to-peer work, fine-tune your skills to strategically increase enrollment and retention at your school.

Each module has been designed and informed by questions, topics, and challenges facing critical and timely challenges that affect the work of admission professionals.

Registration Fees

Prizmah Network schools: $2,000 per person
Non-network schools: $2,500 per person
Canadian Prizmah Network schools: $1,500 USD per person
Canadian non-network schools: $1,875 USD per person

Optional Coaching

Interested in diving a bit further? In combination with your participation in Pillars, your school can also opt for a personalized coaching package. Coaching, alongside your cohort-based modules will significantly enhance your ability to apply actionable strategic learning into your admission practice through tailored guidance and support to address specific challenges unique to your school. Ten hours of one-on-one coaching over the course of the ten month program with an admission expert, will help you accelerate growth, ensure you are better equipped to navigate the evolving landscape of admissions and enrollment management, and add an additional layer of support that will boost immediate outcomes.
