18 Month Signature Admission Professional Program

September 2022 - February 2024

Pillars, Prizmah’s signature admission professional program, is a cohort-based leadership development experience for admission professionals who aspire to deepen their skills and leadership capacity both in their current role and for roles they will hold in the future. The landscape for admissions and enrollment management has changed with the pandemic. Admission professionals have navigated new challenges brought on by changes in enrollment, customer expectations and the need to articulate their unique value proposition. Additionally, they have worked to build a school culture that supports student retention.

Over 18 months of learning within expert- and peer-led modules, you will fine-tune your skills and knowledge needed to increase enrollment and retention at your school. The program has been uniquely built for admission professionals, whether seasoned or new to the field.

The modules have been designed and informed by questions, topics and challenges facing the admission professionals today and into the next few years. Through learning together, this cohort will also serve as a supportive and informative network in which participants will lean into each other as they strengthen their admission practice and planning. Throughout the program, case-study modules facilitated by senior admission professionals from schools across North America will deepen your understanding and strengthen your practice.
