Climb back to the balcony with DSLTI alumni from 13 cohorts at this pre-Prizmah Conference Shabbaton. Explore some of the deepest challenges of leadership in a safe space, reflect, connect, and recharge your leadership battery.

This Shabbaton is for alumni of the Day School Leadership Training Institute, including current and former DSLTI fellows and mentors.

Overview

All programming will be Shomer Shabbat friendly and will take place in Brookline, Massachusetts.

Come together for Shabbat meals, singing, spiritual chevrutah, and discussion about the challenges and opportunities of leadership. Engage with alumni leaders in authentic ways, continuing to enhance your leadership skills and recentering before the Prizmah Conference.

Since 1998, reconnecting with DSLTI alumni at retreats has been a place to breathe, get honest with ourselves about our leadership, and replenish our energy toward reaching our potential.

A recent survey reported that 100% of alumni who have participated in the alumni network agree that through the network, they have learned new ideas or concepts that they have applied to their work. 99% agree that they better lead with mission, vision and philosophy, and 98% agree that they have developed a better sense of who they are as leaders.
