Frances is the Director of Advancement at TanenbaumCHAT, a coeducational community Jewish high school in Toronto – one of the largest in North America. In 2002, Frances transitioned from volunteer to professional fundraiser when she joined the team at the Baycrest Foundation where she worked on their Annual Campaign. Frances has been leading the advancement team at TanenbaumCHAT since 2006, with a guiding vision of making the school a destination for significant philanthropy.
