Magazines, like schools, undergo planning a year in advance. When
we planned for this issue on the theme of Time, we naturally had
no inclination that the world would be plunged in the middle of
a pandemic at the time of publication. Perhaps we should have
renamed the issue Timing, according to the old expression: Timing
is everything. With no other issue has that been more true! more...
 
Update on the Jewish Community Response and Impact Fund (JCRIF)
 
 

Many of you have been eagerly awaiting more details on the recently announced Jewish Community Response and Impact Fund (JCRIF), a $90 million aligned grant and loan fund. Prizmah will be conducting a webinar on Wednesday, May 13th at 12pm ET / 9am PT to discuss the program in more detail and to address any questions that you have. We will be joined on the webinar by Felicia Herman and Shira Hutt, two of the professionals leading the impact fund.

Register for the webinar here. Prizmah expects to publish information related to loan requirements as well as a detailed intake form prior to the webinar.

We want to show the world how amazing YOUR SCHOOL is! Join our #dynamicdayschools campaign by posting videos and pictures of the innovative, caring, and meaningful things your school is doing to social media using the #dynamicdayschools hashtag and emailing them to [email protected] as well (your parents or teachers can also send these directly to us). We would love testimonials, videos your students made, pictures of online learning--anything that makes you stand out!

Our first video on community and online rituals and celebrations will be coming soon--make sure your school is included by sending us your photos and videos (raw footage preferred). To find out more about this campaign, visit us here.
