WHO IT IS FOR

Jewish day school boards and Heads of School take the BSA.

WHY WE OFFER IT

A great Jewish day school depends on sophisticated and effective governance. Your board works behind the scenes to ensure the school's future and think strategically about how to make the school excellent. Just like your leaders and teachers need and deserve professional development, your day school board needs and deserves the same thing.

Any good board development will start from a place of understanding your strengths and challenges. Assessing performance is the most effective way to lay the groundwork for helping your board members understand their duties and implement good governance practices.
