Maria Erlitz is a Samis trustee and chair of the Day School Education Sub-Committee. She has worked in every facet of organizational development, from strategic planning to facilitation and executive coaching. For the past 30 years, she has been deeply involved in helping day schools grow and thrive, as board president and then head of school of the Jewish Day School of Metropolitan Seattle, and with PEJE.
