Teachers as Learners and Practitioners: Shifting Teaching Practice Through Havruta Pedagogy

This research, authored by Orit Kent and Allison Cook as part of the Beit Midrash Research Project at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Center for Studies in Jewish Education, Brandeis University, "presents case studies of two teachers who experienced [a] particular form of PD that situated teachers as learners in the structures and content that they were trying to teach in their classrooms, while also helping them analyze their experience and implement their learning in their own classrooms."
