We are looking forward to seeing you at our first program conference, June 24-26 hosted at Hillel Day School (32200 Middlebelt Rd, Farmington Hills, MI 48334). Join us for peer to peer learning, facilitated problem solving, and presentations from nationally known experts on fundraising, endowment, board governance and lay and professional relationships.

In addition, we'll cover the follow topics:

  • Donor prospecting: acquisition and retention
  • Mastering the integrated ask
  • Campaign marketing
  • Individual work time with your coach... and plenty more!

Who should come to Detroit?
Your school will be best served at this training with a minimum of two people attending (preferably one staff/one lay leader), but we strongly recommend that your entire GFA/Generations team join us in Detroit. The registration fee is waved for up to 4 participants from your school. Additional attendees may join with a small fee. Your team is responsible for covering your travel and hotel expenses up front, stipends to offset that cost are available and we will be in touch with you directly about how to submit for those reimbursements.

You are responsible for making your own flight and hotel reservations.

Hotel:
We have arranged for a block of hotel rooms at the Marriott Detroit Southfield at a reduced rate of $139/night plus tax. Click here to book your hotel room. Flights/Ground Transportation:
You are responsible for booking your own flights to/from Detroit (DTW). Registration will open at 2 pm and the program will begin at 3 pm on Monday, June 24. We will end at 1 pm on Wednesday, June 26.  Please book your flights as soon as possible.
